PTSA Mini-Grants are for special requests made by individual faculty members for up to $250 and are intended to supplement either classroom or extra curricular activities/programs that will benefit LJHS students. Please be sure to complete this form with as much specific information as possible. (Attachments with additional information are often helpful.

If you were issued a mini-grant in the first semester of the school year, you must complete all your purchases and submit all mini-grants' receipts by January 15, 2024. If you have any questions, please contact Angela Landen at firstname.lastname@example.org. The Foundation of LJHS can also fund teacher/staff grants.
